The Barn 305 is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve been to and worked with in the Miami / Homestead area! From the time I emailed for more information and my first visit I was in love and knew this would be the perfect outdoor venue for my homecoming dance. Katherine and Ivan are so easy to work with and are passionate about this place. Communication was easy and friendly… made me feel like part of the family. The space is so well thought out and it’s natural beauty makes for tons of perfect picture spots. The koi ponds and water features are my favorite. The tiki hut is the perfect place to dance the night away with built in speaker and lighting systems. I can’t say enough positive things about this place! Check it out…book fast as this will leave your guests talking for days about this gem. Thank you Barn 305…looking forward to working together again.
